When: 5th–7th December 2025
- Friday 5th Dec: 12 pm–7 pm
- Saturday 6th Dec: 10 am–6 pm
- Sunday 7th Dec: 10 am–5 pm
Where: The Shipyard, Porthleven, Cornwall (TR13 9FF)
Pitch Pricing (All prices include VAT)

We offer fair market pricing. The Porthleven Harbour & Dock Company does not profit from this event; our aim is to support local small businesses during the festive season.
Application Process & Deadlines

- Application Deadline: October 31st
- Notification of Outcome: via email as soon as application reviewed by market manager
- Invoice & Payment: If successful, you’ll receive an email confirmation – vat invoices can be sent on request. Full payment is due within 14 days of the confirmation to secure your pitch. Late payments will result in your pitch being offered to another trader.
Cancellation Policy
- Before 5th September: Full refund
- Between 5th September – 24th October: £60 administration fee retained
- After 24th October: No refund
Requirements for Successful Traders
- Provide proof of public liability insurance via email after acceptance.
- All electrical devices must be PAT tested—please bring certificates on the day.
- In October, you’ll receive access to a password-protected trader page, offering comprehensive details and updates.
Privacy & Data Use
- Your data is used solely for market administration and promotion.
- Unsuccessful applications: data deleted after notification.
- Successful applications: data stored securely on Google Drive for up to one year, and business details may be shared on our website and social channels. No data is sold.
