
The Porthleven Christmas Market will take place on 5th – 7th December 2025.
Opening hours of the events will be:
- Friday 5th December: 12pm-7pm
- Saturday 6th December: 10am to 6pm
- Sunday 7th December: 10am to 5pm
The event takes place at The Shipyard, Porthleven
PRICES (all inclusive of VAT)
Shipyard Market
£90 – half pitch, per day (approx 3 m x 1.5m).
Pitch 5 or 6 available all weekend and Pitch 12 on the Friday only. If you would like to trade the full 3 days, please choose a marquee pitch.
Marquee Pitches
£270 – standard pitch, all 3 days (2m wide x 1.5m deep) – electric socket and table included
£320 – large pitch, all 3 days (3.5m wide x 1.5m deep) – electric socket and table included.
£90 – Day Pitch (2m Wide x 1.5m Deep) – electric socket and table included.
Tables and Electric need to be requested on application.
Food Trader Outdoor Pitches
£300 for all 3 days.
All food traders please enquire first via email info@porthlevenharbourmarket.co.uk. We can provide electricity up to a certain amount depending on requirements – but will need to fit you in to specific places!
***a note on pitch prices – these pitch fees only cover the costs of the event. Porthleven Harbour and Dock company do not make a profit from hosting the Christmas Market but would like to take advantage of the Christmas season to support small businesses to give opportunity to maximise trade through this event. We have debated about whether to continue hosting this event due to the rise in price we have to implement but we will let you the traders make the decision through your applications).***

HOW TO APPLY
Please complete the form https://forms.gle/A7VhcQzUfzvwCq3A8 and accept our Terms and Conditions to apply. (see the button below to download the full T&Cs). Social media handles or websites need to be included for us to review your products.
If you are sharing a pitch please write details in the form of EVERYTHING that will be sold. Shared pitches still need to fit within the allocated pitch sizes.
The applications will be reviewed by our market manager.
All applicants will be informed of the outcome of the selection by email, on the 23rd July.
Invoices will be sent to successful applicants after the 23rd July. To guarantee your place, you will be required to make the full pitch payment by Friday 8th August. After this date if payment not received the pitch will be offered to another trader.

Application outcomes:
1. All communication regarding applications will be made by email. Please ensure that your email address is correct on the application form.
2. If your application is successful, you will be invoiced for your stand fee after 23rd July
To guarantee your place, you will be required to make the full pitch payment by the 8th August.
3. If your application is unsuccessful, you will be informed, however, the organisers are not able to enter into any discussions or feedback following our decision.
4. By completing this application form, you are OPTING IN to receive communications from us so that we can tell you the outcome of your application.
If your application is successful:
1. You will be required to email info@porthlevenharbourmarket.co.uk with proof of public liability insurance.
2. We will email you a link to a password protected page on www.porthlevenharbourmarket.co.uk where all stallholder information and advice will be available whenever you need it. Urgent updates will be sent to you via email.
3. All mains electrical equipment used at the event will need to be PAT Tested. Certificates must be brought to the event.
If you need to cancel your space:
1. Before the pitch fee payment date of 8th August there will be no charge.
2. After 8th August and until 24th October the organisers will retain £60 of the stand fee to cover admin costs.
3. After 24th October no refund will be given.
4. Please contact us if you are having issues with payment/availability for the event after booking and confirming your place.

If your application is unsuccessful, your personal data will be deleted after we have informed you of the outcome.
If your application is successful, your personal data will be stored on a password protected Google Sheet for one year after the event.
If your application is successful, we WILL pass on your business name, online shop address and social media links to third party organisations through our website and social media channels.
We WILL NOT sell your data or use it for reasons other than event promotion.
We use Google Drive to store your information in a Password Protected folder.
